THE GOVERNOR’S NOTES

       I hope everyone had a good Christmas.  Thank you to everyone that comes out to Our Lodge to support the events we have.  Without you we wouldn’t be able to accomplish the things we do.  We still have four months left and a lot to finish.  The first part of February we are going to have a work day to get some more things done around and inside our Lodge home.  There will be something for everyone to do, so plan to come out and help us.  A lot of activities coming up as you can see in the bulletin.  Remember we will be hosting the District meeting on the 10th of January.  Hope you will all be here for that.  Don’t forget our Breakfasts the 1st and 3rd Sundays.  Also the Backyard Cook Off the end of February which we have talked about a long time.  In March we are hosting a Cancer Benefit Show and maybe in April a Golf Tournament.  Thanks again, good health and luck to all this next year.

Brothers & Sisters,

                Here we are starting a new year.  The Lodge has had it’s ups and down this year, but we made it through.  As we start the new year, I hope that everyone will become more involved with our functions and work earnestly to make our Lodge grow and prosper.  As always if you have ideas to further the progress and growth of our Lodge please make it known to one of the officers.  Like I have said before, this is your Lodge, it is what you make it, and as far as I’m concerned we’re #1 in the District.  So let’s try and keep it there.  I hope that everyone had a safe and happy Holiday and always remember do one (1) good thing for someone each day.
